Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) to Improve Education Quality at MAS Darul Aitami South Aceh

The concept of Quality Management is very developed and widely applied, especially in the world education, an educational management approach has developed, namely Total (TQM). aims this study were to determine: (1) implementation TQM program at MAS Darul Aitami Aceh Selatan improve quality education; (2) efforts made by madrasah principals implementing TQM; (3) inhibiting factors implementation. Data collection techniques through: observation, interviews, documentation studies. research subjects included principals, educators, education staff. analysis using data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results showed: improving includes curriculum management, teacher staff student relationship with community, climate management. Efforts include: having a strong commitment will continuing strive for improvement working based on quality, increasing professionalism competence, compiling planning programs, empowering resources maximum, providing facilities infrastructure , welfare, conduct guidance enrichment programs learning, develop religious culture madrasah, establish cooperation committees.
